At Terps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
